We harvested so much stuff from the RSFP orto during the past few weeks that we used any outside lettuces. It was so satisfying. And it was all crisp, earthy and made me happy to be on salad. This was the harvest for Mona’s celebration on the roof.
The AAR RSFP garden is really starting to look good. We’ve got kale growing, some beets, lots of green garlic, chard and chicory. Make sure to see Andrea and Miles doing work below. He makes it look so good.
The RSFP’s garden at the AAR is a constant source of controversy.
