I found this abalone shell on the beach in Northern California.  It’s small and inspired me to make some kind of container out of it.  It took quite a few tries to make the silicone mold but once it was done I could shoot as many waxes as I wanted. By hand. No clamps used here.  I had it cast and then I finished it myself.
